"Vitamin K 2 is the substance that makes the vitamin A- and vitamin D-dependent proteins come to life. While vitamins A and D act as signaling molecules, telling cells to make certain proteins, vitamin K 2 activates these proteins by conferring upon them the physical ability to bind calcium. In some cases these proteins directly coordinate the movement or organization of calcium themselves; in other cases the calcium acts as a glue to hold the protein in a certain shape. 33 In all such cases, the proteins are only functional once they have been activated by vitamin K."

Bis zu einem plausiblen Gegenargument folge ich seiner Argumentation - also zwingend die tägliche Gabe von Vitamin D , in meinem persönlichen Therapiekonzept sind das 20.000 I.E. Colecalciferol mittels einer Kapsel Dekristol 20.000 täglich, dabei für mich zwingend ergänzt um mind. 2 Kapseln Super K von LEF (= 2000 mcg K1, 2000 mcg K 2 - MK 4 und 400 mcg. K 2 MK - 7),

Zu Experimentierzwecken steigere ich die tägliche Dosis von Super K von LEF bis zu 7 - 10 Kapseln täglich. Meine bisherigen persönlichen Erfahrungen mit hochdosiertem Vitam K  2 sind subjektiv sehr gut. Es könnte sein, daß die offiziellen Empfehlungen der Forschergruppe von der Universität Maastricht deutlich zu niedrig ausfallen, wohl erneut wegen falscher biometrischer Studiendesigns.
